Kenny Castro:  Head Trainer, Certified Level 1 Crossfit, Certified Level 1 Crosspit and Site Coordinator for the Norcal Regionals and the  2007, 2008 & 2009 Crossfit Games.

Tommy Marquez:  Certified Level 1 Crossfit, Football Player for the Salinas Spartans Semi-Pro Football team, Graduate of Santa Clara University and 4 year player for the Santa Clara Mens Collegiate Lacrosse Team

Ralph Morden:  Certified Level 1 Crossfit, Scout Swimmer (Marine Corps), Fire Arms Instructor (Marine Corps), Emergency Vehicle Operations Course Instructor (Kenny will argue this fact) (Law Enforcement), Field Training Officer (Law Enforcement)
Ralph is former soldier in both the Army and Marines (now you know the "why" for Mt. Suribachi).  He was promoted for his physical fitness test score in Army Basic training and meritoriously promotoed in Marine Corps boot camp as his platoon's honor man (guide).
