Kenny suggests that if you were here yesterday and will be here for tomorrow's WOD...you might want to take a rest day...apparently tomorrow's WOD is a tough one.  But if you prefer to workout today, he'll have something for you.

 

Hello and hello

I came back from The Games and came across an article about Jules Marsh.  She’s a doctor from Seattle who lost a 160 biscuits in a year… yes in a year…so yes it’s possible….I emailed her and asked her a few questions and she was more then helpful and passed on some great information.  The biggest thing is you really need to dial in your nutrition...but she didn’t use one diet plan she used atkins/paleo/zone and also fasted…below is her article….save it and use it for some motivation as we all can use it…she also listened to her trainer ...so I guess I’m screwed
